CreativeTechy is looking for a hands-on, AI-native Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of web, mobile, and AI-enabled solutions.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with AI-driven development, agentic coding, and vibe-coding workflows to build and ship faster – without compromising quality, security, or maintainability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architecture and technical delivery across multiple projects.
- Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, debugging, and complex technical challenges.
- Build across React/Next.js, PHP/Laravel, Node.js, APIs, databases, and mobile technologies
- Use AI coding agents and vibe-coding workflows for rapid prototyping, development, testing, debugging, and refactoring.
- Introduce and improve AI-assisted engineering practices across the team.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and realistic delivery plans.
- Mentor developers and establish strong engineering, testing, CI/CD, security, and code-quality standards.
- Lead integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and AI/LLM services.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development and system architecture experience.
- Experience leading developers and owning end-to-end technical delivery.
- Strong React/Next.js and backend experience, ideally PHP/Laravel and/or Node.js.
- Practical experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, Cursor, or similar.
- Strong understanding of agentic development and vibe coding, with the engineering judgment to validate and improve AI-generated code.
- Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, MCP, or vector databases is a strong plus.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and delivery skills.
