Creative Techy is an AI-first company, and we’re looking for a Technical Lead to own how we build.
This isn’t a role where AI is a side experiment. Here, AI assistants, agents, and automation are part of how we code, review, document, and deliver every day. You’ll set the technical direction across client engagements, lead and mentor a sharp team of engineers, and define what AI-first engineering actually looks like in practice, for clients in Lebanon and abroad.
What you bring
• 6+ years in software engineering, 2+ leading teams
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, agents…)
• Strong architecture and code review instincts
• Agile leadership (Scrum/Kanban), you run sprints and live in Jira
• Comfort working directly with clients
• Fluent English and Arabic
